My name is Maurizio Cescon, I was born in Conegliano (near Venice, Italy) some decades ago. I graduated in applied mathematics at the University of Udine in 2009 with a thesis on computer security Temporal behaviour of Spam Sources. In particular, I collaborated with an international organization called SpamHaus. Then I worked as a teacher (mathematics, physics, computer science) in several high schools and as a software developer at JDI Software. I was also part of Wigo-Haus austrian marketing team where I dealt with the improvement of the usability of the company’s website and its ranking using Google and other SEO tools. Then I moved to Aton where I worked – and finally lead – the front-end developer team of the company.

Recently, I’ve started working as a front-end developer at the European Commission in Brussels.

I really love technology, in particular the mobile field. I have many hobbies like running, hiking, travelling and watching old movies. I am a passionate reader of Internazionale which is, in my opinion, the best italian newspaper.
